My name is Sietse Nabben, and after more than two decades of leading hotel teams and managing complex operations, I’ve transitioned from on-property roles into project-based consulting. This shift allows me to offer focused expertise to ownership groups, management companies, and developers needing hands-on support during transitions, growth, or repositioning.
I now work with clients on operational audits, asset strategy, brand transitions, team building projects, and capital project execution—delivering targeted results without the long ramp-up. My goal is to step in when experience matters most: when a property is in motion, a team needs alignment, or an owner needs clarity.

Assess revenue management systems, pricing strategy, and channel mix to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
Act as owner’s representative to monitor operator performance, enforce accountability, and align incentives.
Support renovation planning, phasing, and execution to minimize disruption and maximize ROI.
Strengthen executive team effectiveness through structured coaching and succession planning.
Step in during periods of change or instability to stabilize operations, maintain service levels, and protect asset value.
Diagnose
